  • It's charging me £5.99 for delivery even though I have a £15 order?
  • Craft stuff for the children (stamp sets, card making sets, shrinkle thingies, decorative papers) equestrian books for my sister and construction & woodworking books for husband. The books although of limited interest are incredible bargains. I spent £16.50 and am very chuffed indeed, many thanks OP!

I did find a code for free delivery when you buy a DISNEY item though, still have to spend about £4 but at least you're getting something for it..

Is anyone else having trouble with this?

Only letting me choose £5.99 postage and it's not free!

Rang customer services who accused me of lying and that "it can't be" that it only lets you select one delivery type.
I wonder what they'd say if I had an issue with my order. Not impressed with that!

    No order from me.
