I recieved my parcel on Monday, delivered by Yodel (who left in in my wheelie bin - there are better places but there you go). Really pleased with my order, lots of Christmas presents and only £15 spent!0

I got an email from them today saying that part of my order couldn't be fulfilled so I wouldn't be charged for it - but I've already paid for it by paypal can't get anything other than a stock answer from them though .•

Same as many others..ordered on the 20th, money left account straight away, no goods and an email saying part of my order is out of stock and my card wont be charged, but it has been charged for full amount....no answer to emails either...can see a chargeback and possibly a report to trading standards if something doesnt't happen soon!August wins - Janeo Jewels Daily Winner 28/8

Hi, I ordered 2 parcels with them one has arrived fine and very quickly, the other still yet to be seen both ordered on the 20th with no dispatch note or tracking details, Tried logging in but like others it does not work with my email, if nothing arrives today I will contact them again and try and reclaim my money through paypal - Such a shame as from first order looked to be a good company.0
