Not alot here but still white patches of frost on the garden and paths. Sprinkling of snow over night but has merged in with frost :cool:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
Can anyone help with the sealed pot challenge please?
Also, has anyone recently purchased paint for a good price? We need paint that can be washed for DD's bedroom, the only one I've seen so far is a wilko durable but that's nearly £18 a tin. I do remember someone mentioning something about B&Q but I had little success registering for a card, off to try again nowMay: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155

Had a little bit of bad news yesterday (sorry if this brings anyone down). My Mother-in-law to be has been told that her bowel cancer has returned
She had lumps removed last year and had chemo and everything looked positive, but it has returned with a vengeance. She is having another 3 months of chemo starting next week but the chance of it working is really low and the doctors have told her that she is looking at 18 months to 2 years left. I'm devastated!
Me and my OH have decided though that we will be bringing forward our wedding that we had been putting off 'until we could afford it'. It's going to have to be very cheaply done, does anyone on here know of a forum on here that discusses cheap weddings? If not, I'm off for a look now anyway x0 -

Its been a manic day in work today, but on the upside, my OU assignment is done and submitted, so fingers crossed I'll get a reasonable score for it
I havent really studied like this for 20 years. Its hard work! But, to help me out, I went out and bought a couple of GCSE and AS/A2 revision guides, and they helped me out quite a lot last night, so hopefully they will continue to do so in the future.
Sorry I seem to have missed so much on here in recent days, people being ill, birthdays and what not, so apologies. Hopefully normal service will be resumed shortly
In the meantime, where is my toothbrush???
 QoC
Well done and good luck :T I've been looking into the OU, discussed at CBT that it might help to boost my self esteem, what course are you taking?May: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155
