Is it ok to ask for a swop if SA hasn't marked receipt with APG does anyone know or done please?
I tried swapping 2 ff with a virgin receipt but the SA said she would give me a refund, OK, I thought that would be £6.66.
But she said as it was part of a £10 multi-buy she would have to deduct the multi-buy discount first, so I could have minus something or other:eek:. But I only wanted to swap them -not give them back to you and owe you money - so she let me swap them;)0 -

And despite her being on anti b's, she's picked up a hacking great cough too poor kid. We are off to my parents this weekend for a visit and dropping all Xmas gifts off etc. so driving up the m6 tonight. My dad hasn't seen Polly since she was a week old so he's very excited :TTiger
