25% off code ******* off £40.00 spend December offer

£10.00 code ****** off £40.00 spend January offer

it says you can pass these codes to family and friends, not checked to see if they work elsewhere in Tesco departments
    Online only?

Could you both delete the codes from your posts?
Unfortunately we're not allowed to post codes here :(

Had a little bit of bad news yesterday (sorry if this brings anyone down). My Mother-in-law to be has been told that her bowel cancer has returned :( She had lumps removed last year and had chemo and everything looked positive, but it has returned with a vengeance. She is having another 3 months of chemo starting next week but the chance of it working is really low and the doctors have told her that she is looking at 18 months to 2 years left. I'm devastated!

Me and my OH have decided though that we will be bringing forward our wedding that we had been putting off 'until we could afford it'. It's going to have to be very cheaply done, does anyone on here know of a forum on here that discusses cheap weddings? If not, I'm off for a look now anyway x
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79
  • have you tried dabbing tea tree oil on them?
i swear by this stuff, it has a multitude of uses.

i like tea tree oil too though it is a bit stinky.

i keep lavender oil in the kitchen cupboard, next to where i iron. it's great for burns, i accidently burn myself with the iron all the time, even on my big pregnant belly once but a couple of drops of lavender put on straight away really helps.

i gave myself a really bad burn from the pressure cooker about a year ago right up the inside of my arm, sprinkled lots of lavender on straight away and although it was still really sore for about an hour afterwards it didn't blister, the skin just sort of peeled like a sunburn but didn't have any pain.

it's great for earache as well put a couple of drops in a bowl of warm water drop a cotton wool ball in, squeeze it and put it in the sore ear and cover with a hot flannel, leave it for 10 minutes and repeat if still sore.
you do need to check that you're not allergic to it before using it, first sniff it as some people show a reaction simply by the smell and if there is no reaction dab a tiny amount on the inside of your wrist, still no reaction it's okay to use.
mmm..... these strawberries make my breath happy mum ds

On a strand of pure silver, I'll welcome each day

    morning everyone:)

i posted yesterday about some rtc items i found in sainsbury's well what i didn't mention was it was freezing and my hands were like ice so i thought i'd go to the toilet and heat them first before i walked around the store.
it's a newly refurbished store with loads more space added and new toilets, i walked fully in and the door swung closed behind me and you know how you're confused when you don't see what you expect to see, was wondering where all the cubicles were, then realised that there were not sinks but urinals along one wall, only then did i notice a man was standing looking at me all:eek: i turned to leave (run)and it seemed to take forever to reach the door i keep cringing everytime i think of it. and can't tell anyone in the house as i'll never here the end of it.
worse thing is i'm sure i was rubbing my hands together and blowing them as i entered, how it must have looked, oh the shame :o

We have bowel cancer in the family too so I am truly sorry for your news :(

You are absolutely right to get married soon and make it about the event and the family and not the trimmings. I'm sure you'll get help, its too long ago for me to remember much useful although we did do a 'sensible' wedding for the times :A

On thing I do remember is that which day of the week helps. If you avoid Saturday, everything was more available and cheaper
