Unfortunately there is quite a lot of homeless people sleeping rough in NI, you only need walk/drive around Dublin rd or. Shaftesbury square late at night to see folk huddled in cardboard boxes in doorways.
I never knew that

Tbh I only know this because my sister rented in that area last year and on a few occasions when we were out for the night, she used to make lots of cups of coffee when we got back to hers to distribute out to folk sleeping rough.0 -

TBH I'm not religious at all and I'm all for stashing as much as I can for my family for a rainy day. However, it is bloody cold out there at the moment and there is a homeless guy who sleeps in a sheltered spot near where I park my bicycle each day. It is seeing him packing up his kit each morning that has made me think about the plight of homeless people in my area and how easy it is for us "bargain getters" to help people like him.Unfortunately there is quite a lot of homeless people sleeping rough in NI, you only need walk/drive around Dublin rd or. As I said earlier, homeless people have to beg or pay full price for everything. We, the elite, have all got computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones which allow us to take advantage of everything that they cannot. How many of us have got pdf copies of the WW voucher?? Although, as L has posted, it is perhaps slightly against the rules, if enough of us do it, the uk's homeless might have a better Christmas than they might have hoped for.
Go on, try it, the worst that can happen is that you get trouted, the best is that the homeless get 6 meals and you get a £3+ apg.;);)0 -
