Absolutely - just ignore it! Its not a penalty notice, it is a glorified invoice asking you to pay them. As Lala said have a read of that thread if you are unsure

The good news is we have not had rain today , been bright , sunny and windy but we had rain overnight!
We sneaked down to have a look at the water levels this morning and the river has gone down, but with the forecast it will soon be back up no doubt!
There is a meeting with the enviroment agency at 11 am tomorrow, so will know more then .
I dont think we will be allowed home tomorrow but again depends on the weather!
