Go straight to pepioo for info on your ticket. It's not the council ticket forum it's the private parking ticket forums. They are experts. I'm fighting a Liverpool city council ticket ATM, it's been 8 months and have not got past the informal stage yet. They tripped themselves over dozen times already. You don't have to pay it but keep all envelopes, tickets and letters.......

No need to go there, it's unenforceable. So just ignore any letters from them.

Letters and bailiffs threats can be quite intimidating, your right you no need to go there but I personally found the support and expertise invaluable.

After reading up I am going to choose to ignore it and also any future correspondence from TCP.
