If the apg isn't recognising the multibuys in the apg does that mean we can buy more than 3 ie 6, assuming I can find them, which brings me to the next question anyone know where in NI I can find he trellis as ww didn't have em last night

Halifax are really strict on accepting change. The maximum they will accept is 5 bags. They've even complained when my partner and I were together and wanted to hand over something like 7 bags, even though we're both joint account holders there. I think they're just too lazy to put them on their scales. I've tried two branches of Halifax and they have the same policy.

:o:o I used to work in The Halifax & yes that is correct :( As Halifax isn't a clearing bank we would have to store the change until we had enough to return.

I got caught out with mine a while back and coinstar charge 9p per pound to change it:eek:So what I do now is take some with me to T's or A's and use it on SS.That way you don't get charged and say you use £5 or £10 each time you can save the note instead(If you see what I mean:o)
That's what I like to do. It's best to dump all your change in a ss till if it's one of the tills you don't have to feed the coins into individually.

So, is there an alternative to fab fingers if the trellis tins are readily available? Tia

Before I set on my journey into the abyss that is my oven, does anybody know if there is a limit to how much change you can take into a bank and put into your account please? A friend of mine said that banks only take £5 worth of change now is that right? I have been saving all my loose change over the year and have just counted it up only to be told Im stuck with it. TIA x

I have never had a problem in Lloyds, changed 10 bags last week. :) Only helpful if you ban with them :rotfl:
