    Hi Gallygirl Beanie lou well 8:30 past and guess what... sixteen pound in the bank i am delighted but heres something for you guess what i sold a unicycle i am not just a happydaddy i'm a cool one aswell i have got rid of my spare uni it was gathering dust and it is still my plan to continue with the dejunk. Well after a busy 12 hour shift it was so good to come home to a lovely salad co my father,

    Spends For Today 0.75 for a box of green tea
    And Phew its payday for HappyDaddy.... Goodnight everyone time to check the back of my eyelids X

    Aww man I was so tired yesterday... But hey I have a little bit of info I would like to share well, for the past two weeks I have been to slimming world and my weigh in for yesterday fourteen stone thirteen with their help and what I have done on my own accord one stone two pound lost any way spends for yesterday nine pound... And hey I hope you all have a good day I hope I do I am shattered .....

    Hi HD - fantastic news on the weight loss. I really rate SW, have twice lost weight using their red day/green day thingy - never could get used to extra easy though. I didn't go to classes, used online the first time and did my own thing more recently. I'm so pleased that things are going well with Lynda, your date sounded lush and she seems just as lovely as you. Has she met EL yet?

    Hope you have a good day - am having my DGD to stay tonight and can't wait.
