Oh HD I am so sorry that you had an awful confrontation, but it sounds as if you and EL enjoyed yourselves bowling - very good exersize. There are a few of us on here that are trying to lose weight and we all encourage each other and it really does seem to help. One of my crazy MSE friends, New Leaf, well I challenged her to just lose one pound as week a few weeks ago and she has, over a pound every single week, so why don't you do the same? It will be great if you post on a Sunday and tell us how much (or little) you've lost and it's like a free weight loss club! How are things with you lady? Good I hope.

Awww Dorothy thank you for your message I really do appreciate it... You see if I was to be honest with you its only a Small minority of the family that has it in for me I get on with her fathers side of the family extremely well and even some on the mothers side but the mother and step father makes things awkward for me and never forgave me for leaving my ex but I am hundred percent certain they don't know the full story I am certain... I know for certain they don't visit her and they don't see the conditions emma lou lives under and they should be thankful that I stood my ground and protected my littleone my ex is getting help with her issues she is getting support and is even at university now and doing voluntary work so I know in my heart I haven't failed its them that has failed not looking out for their daughter and grandchild. Well Dorothy and everyone today has been my last day of a four day break from work and I have been blessed today with the beautiful company of Lynda x for our date today we have visited beautiful Durham Lynda has got a good idea with how I work previous to dating I worked with her so the date involved walking at the side of the river eating Chinese meal we went halves and I even did a bit of money saving via Quidco app check in service its fun I have a giggle doing it when shopping. Afterwards coffee and a smooch a perfect end to a couple of hours out together cant wait to see her again. This afternoon I picked up my daughter from school as her mum is at university I brought her bike with me and we enjoyed travelling back from school, She didn't want to go to choir practice to day but I made other activities for her When we got in there was home work to do, cleaning of her rabbit Hunny the Bunny and afterwards well you should have seen it Emma trying out her second hand roller skates it was funny me holding her hands and walking backwards it was fun and the looks we were getting some just don't have a sense of humour.
Afterwards we watch some pre recorded Simpsons Emma went back to her Mum at eight and what perfect words she said Daddy cant wait for Friday Thank you for everything... Enough said I know what I am doing is a job well done. I am a daddy and so proud of it and proud of my daughter as well.

Well back to work tomorrow a 12 hour shift awaits me.......
