    And groin strains :D.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    How did yesterday go?

  • I feel like I have neglected my diary as of late and need to get to grips with things I am starting to spend on non essential items my diet has gone haywire but hey I have recognized that its a slip up and that I am going to get it sorted. Yesterday... Well what can I say my plans was to have an amazing Sunday with Emma Lou but I felt it was spoilt, prior to me going out with my daughter I went and grabbed a few items of shopping from Tesco which is pretty close to me so I went by myself and unfortunately I was jumped It would be so much easier if it was from Joe public but it was from my exes family Thankfully no punches were thrown but a lot of name calling I hate confrontation even with the work I do there's confrontation I simply hate it... Bowling was fab... we really enjoyed it and it will be something we will do again, and you'll be pleased to know Kelpie and gallygirl that I did release my fingers from the balls and there was no groin strains. Thank you so much ladies for your comments they have really made me smile and my one simple wish to everyone that has stuck by me with my diary is I wish you could see pictures of my daughter sometimes I think its nice to put a picture to a name, The park was awesome also, you don't realize what things are on your door step, What did I find at the Park ? a Outdoor gym, it was amazing and I definitely will be going to play on it again. My spends for yesterday £10 for bowling £2 refreshments and £4.25 for a bottle of wine I felt just in such a crappy mood so I needed it. I will write later about my exploits of today talk soon x happydaddyx
