Regarding Novosco, I looked into this and what they are essentially offering is an 18 week training programme, I'm unable to ascertain if participants are paid for completing this and if there is a job on offer at the end of the 18 weeks. Does anyone know anything about this company?

Novosco pay very low rates, the starting salary is I believe £12,500.

Novosco are the result of a merger between 2 companies. 1 of these was Real Time Systems up at Carryduff. I dealt with them over the years and the guys know what they are talking about. I met a couple of the guys over at John Dorys ( across the road ) a couple of years ago and they talked about moving premises. Not sure if they have moved now, as I don't get up that way much, but they have been about for years.
