Morrisons car park - staff took a pic of my car?
Comments

An actual member of staff in Morrisons uniform or some parking guy from one of the low life parking companies that control the car park?
If Morrisons staff, are you sure you were parked properly? He might have been taking a picture of your car for the "Bad Parking Thread" on PistonHeads.

So they took a picture? big deal,it proves nothing. For photos taken by the police to stand as evidence in parking and speeding, special sealed, certified cameras have to be used, not a £50 Kodak Digicam or whatever. Ignore them, its silly posturing by people with no powers or knowledge of the law.0

Of course it's going to be private, unless a council CEO is moonlighting in a morrisons, and as he's out of council uniform etc any ticket would be immediately invalidExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
So I had to go to the bank earlier (near Morrisons) and had to buy some stuff too, so I went to the bank, then came back and bought some stuff from Morrisons. came out, put it in the boot and then as I was reversing out, I saw a staff member who looked like he was taking a pic/filming the car
I think I was supposed to buy a ticket, and then get it refunded after my purchase, but I didn't.
the car certainly isn't worth taking pics of, so it's not that... I was literally about 10 minutes all in all, and I still have the receipt. Will I get a fine? Will the receipt get me out of the fine?
Thanks
Doesn't matter who it was, it means nothing! Stop thinking it's some sort of FINE you have to 'get way with'! :rotfl:
Euro Car Parks maybe? see here
Parking Eye (although they normally have auto cameras, not that it matters)! see here
Any other fake PCN arrives? Same advice applies. It's a well known scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
