Is anyone experiencing problems with t mobile service

I have been having problems with my t mobile service over the last couple of months. Unable to get any signal in places I used to be able to get a signal, mobile broadband constantly breaking down and now texts failing to send. Is anyone else experiencing this, have tried to call customer services but after a 30 minute wait I hung up.
