well just to follow up my cheque arrived today and I also at the same time cancelled this line (line disconnects this evening) because of the exclusion of the 07744. Basically makes the line break even, keep the phone line rental free for last 3-4 months and no hassle with cashback claims. Now for another chequeback deal...

They shouldnt as they will still receive their commission from orange if im not mistaken, Orange changed the terms of the contract and therefore they have to accept the loss. I'm pretty sure last time this happened many people did the same and if anyone else has done so please post to give me a little confidence that what i did is ok.ummm...0
