I'm looking at 12 month free deals on onestopphoneshop and coolnewmobile, but unsure which to go for

http://www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk/index.php
Nokia 6300 on Orange
THIS OFFER IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN YOU PHONE ON THIS NUMBER 08000492012.
YOU GET 250 ANYTIME MINUTES AND 150 TEXTS. THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT, THE LINE RENTAL BEFORE CASHBACK IS £30. NETWORK PROVIDER IS ORANGE.
THIS IS A BRAND NEW PHONE AND NOT A CLEARANCE!!

http://www.coolnewmobile.co.uk/?referer=af
SE K550i on Vodafone 500/250

The coolnewmobile deals gives a better camera phone and double the mins, but from reading on this site, not as reliable for cashback???

Hi, over on the HotUKDeals site people have been snapping up this deal all day yesterday and good reviews about OSPS.

I have never done cashback but may just take the plunge.

onestopphoneshop has a better record for paying cashback deals. Coolnewmobile is risky business as they don't particularly have a good record.

Do you need to send in the whole of the bill or just the front page, thereby can you cancel itemised billing from Orange

Just ordered the Nokia 6300, it comes unlocked and you actually get a free Virgin 6 month sim card as well with 150 mins 150 text
I was told that you only need to send the front sheet of the bill, not the whole bill for cashback, so do not need itemised billing from Orange

do osps still require the vouchers they send? This is particularly important as before the wouldn't accept cashback claims without the original vouchers.

Edit: from what I can see on their cashback deals you should (if you order) receive in your welcome pack some "cashback certificates".

I rec my automatic cashback of £111 yesterday, without chasing OSPS, so all is looking good so far

Thats great, still waiting for mine... I wonder if its worth cancelling the orange using the 07744 excuse... would make the phone and 3 months usage free.

Previously, they used to be strict about sending the voucher forms supplied at the time of phone purchase.

Now, you can print them off from their website as well.

You do not need to send the itemised bill. The front page of invoice should do. They really want to know your phone number, tariff on orange, whether last bill was paid or not.

Make sure you send by recorded delivery, otherwise you do not have any backup should OSPS loose the cashback claim form and bills.

well just to follow up my cheque arrived today and I also at the same time cancelled this line (line disconnects this evening) because of the exclusion of the 07744. Basically makes the line break even, keep the phone line rental free for last 3-4 months and no hassle with cashback claims. Now for another chequeback deal...
