    Go to local t-mobile and explain to them why the hell people will want to pay £500+ for getting new contract. People would better continue old contract and buy another contract if they will charge this amount. Explain to them that t-mobile confirmed to you that they will only charhe £50 for a fee that's why you agreed to upgrade. And ask them to change back to previous contract.
