Aarrgh, both my mum and I got this, she got it before me and was really excited, they should totally give us some vouchers or something as this kind of mistake is inexcusable, what a major c*ck up!

I've just rang unilever, told to ring vo5 (spoke to a nice man!) who told me to ring boots, and they have just said the woman dealing with it isn't in and took my contact details.

Who else has rang and what did they say?

I got the same thing and almost texted my fianc! from work, but luckily decided to long into mse first.

Have never won anything remotely as big as this so I had a large amount of hopes crushed
