oh come on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who remembers hoover fiasco - they ended up paying £1000'x - contact daily mail - let them sort it out - IPM as well

definitely complain and don't put up with just a sorry - they have caused a lot of upset with this - ideally they would give the prize to all promised but worst case reasonable compensation should be achievable!
