We have found a kitten.....help!
Comments

We got a very pretty kitten from the cat protection league and were told it was a girl - we called it Lily. Then a few weeks later we noticed that it was developing in a very unladylike way IYSWIM:eek:
Vet confirmed that he was a boy! Changed his name to Ollie (sounded similar but a bit more macho).
After a bad start, sounds like your kitten is a very lucky chap. it won't be long before you wonder how you lived your life without him!

I have both of my cats insured with Petplan - I've heard some folk don't like them because they a bit pricier then others, but I can't fault them. I pay £10 per month for one cat and £26 for the other, but in the last 2 years he's racked up several thousand in vets bills which have all been paid quickly and with no fuss. He also has 2 recurring health issues which are covered for his whole life.

PetPlan all the way for us too. They don't stop paying out at the end of the year and then refuse to pay anymore. Absolutely essential since our cat was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and they are still happily paying out for him.0

Awwww poor wee lamb to have had such a hard start to life but so pleased that he's found a lovely home - sure he'll settle in in no time & start putting on weight quickly with regular feeding
and now he's been wormed.
Re insurance - PetPlan are excelled but on the expensive side. Axa is also good so might be worth a try for a quote too.
Wishing you many happy years together & pic please!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Many congrats on the successful sexing of the kitty. Would love a pic. I used animal friends for my cat insurance (cost about 7 pounds a month.) lok forward to the pics0

I would love to call him billy but we lost a cat a couple of years ago through old age ( he was rescued as well ). I am trying to upload a pic but it states because im a new user I am not allowed which is a shame because he is really cute!!!!0

well done on saving this little man
hopefully his mam will be found and saved soon
bella?
bless - although kitty is very young - enough to get used to a complete name change
my cousin changed her son's name 4 times in his first 6 months - and he is a child - not a cat
