I'm not responsible the nurses are.

We do do more during our induction.

Well, that's obviously more hyperbole on your part and does nothing for your credibility.

Your 1 hour training is obviously just an introduction and brief overview, not a training course that qualifies you, as you implied.

    some nasty people on here

why are the ones who ask OP anything nasty?

we just ask the questions others don't ask.

some experienced people here like Nikki seem to have picked holes in this straight away which says it all really.

and if OP didn't want it to be seen as trollish then surely she could elaborate a bit more. Going on about another MSEr in her office makes it sound like a farce and highly amusing.

It's really very discouraging to see so many people making so much effort to denigrate a girl who has helped so many and worked so hard.

Anyway it's all sorted now. No threats or mudslinging needed. The person responsible for the hoohaa has left, DSD etc reinstated, on firmer contracts and with protocols being re-written to ensure that personal politics is no longer able to destroy what so many have worked for.

If it's so hush hush and sensitive then it was a bit stupid posting about it in the first case wasn't it ? Deleting it on here won't remove it from view on the internet. In future why not have a word with yourself before digging a huge hole and jumping in with both feet ?

Plus, it's not your battle is it ?

seems as though step-mum wants to make it her battle.

it would be REALLY interesting to know, what/if SD (with halo on her head) thinks about her step-mother's involvement and posting about it to such an extent?

I feel she'd be really embarrassed and especially at the way she's been built up and the whole work scenario has also been built up. anyone else get the same feeling??? ;)

Thank you so much for this.

I haven't had such a laugh in ages.

I'm also pleased your DSD can get on with her job and her brilliant career both academically and professionally.

Could you try reading what I actually wrote?

I did specifically say that was not work related.
