At the rate they are going perhaps he ought to delay that until August so there will actually be one or two completed cases. Although I suppose they might be bored of Nintendo bowling by then and actually crack on with a few cases to relieve the tedium.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0 -

Maybe a judicial review of any case where they ignored the law of land ( such as contract) would enlighten popla as to who they really need to pay attention to.Originally Posted by shortcrust

I have just emailed them the following questions which, depending on their response I will follow up with my MP to whom I have already written a lengthy letter regarding the lawfulness of these "claims".
To think it all started with UKPC at Merry Hill issuing a ticket to a disabled friend which incensed me so much I decided to act. (No it has not been paid either).Dear Sir / Madam,
After reading your site, I have a couple of questions regarding the POPLA "independent" appeals service.
If you are independent, why will you not hear an appeal based on valid UK law and precedents set by a UK Justice Court? May I respectfully refer you to VCS V HMRC as one such binding court decision which specifically states only a landowner and not the agents of a landowner can sue a motorist for breach of alleged contract.
How were your grounds for appeal chosen and who influenced that decision? More to the point, did the BPA (British Parking Association) have any influence on these grounds for appeal whatsoever?
Why will you not receive appeals in person as every other independent appeals service that I am aware of does?
Thank you, I look forward to your reply0
