and its open plan for the reasons stated.
no its for space as they have none where I go - all desks on top of eachother. No seats to wait fr more than 3 people - instead you have to stand

Too many peoplpe - not enough room.

you can not even get to the front desk to sign in if there are people waiting for travel money!

yes as I asked right at the beginging and they were going to have areas sectioned off but they now have far too many people attending to do this and no where to even put seats

when there is a big risk of being attacked i doubt they would want to be in a situation with no witnesses. this would also mean any help would be slower to get to them. they are never going to have their own private rooms.

The WP I go to you are seen in private rooms, the only open planned area there is the room where all the computers are for the "guided jobsearch" Every time I've seen an advisor its been one on one in a closed office.

Attacked??? they are not going to have their own rooms as there is no space. They can have glass walls you know like in my JC there is a private office where you can see into it so no one gets attacked! lol

They would need about 16 private rooms and then the rooms for the training and then the speace for the PC's and the advisors desks and the reception

gosh they are gonna need a massive office bigger than the one I used to work in!

thats surprising because if someone kicked off at them they would be in trouble. although does yours specialise in threatening people? mine does.

And what would they do if it all 'kicked off' in an open plan office? The police are not waiting on the landing!! lol
