Good try but 2011 was a booklet so was 2012 and now I have a sheet so probably not best to try and slip a booklet by them and still they can check the jobs and if it was a job from 2011 or 2012 it would not still be on the net, would it?

obviously if the form changed then you wouldnt be able to show a form from before then. while the form is the same you could keep showing the same form each time if you were allowed to not put the date on it. they never check that you have applied so it not being online anymore as proof wouldnt matter. all they do is look through the form and say thats ok or not as the case may be.

Each time? No only once a year not every time you sign and they sign it and date it at the end so you cant

here the forms have not changed for a long time. evidence is meant to be shown each time we sign so a new one is meant to be shown each time with past fortnights activity on it. they have never signed or dated mine.

then you can show the same one as long as its the same month but you may have a job doing that is say 5 lines from the end you have 16th August 2012 and then dates after that which if you showed it to them today have not even happened so yeah you would be caught out too

You have to be VERY wise to do it in the first place. I have never thought of it till you said it. Is that what you do? LOL

I bet no one on here but me has their booklets from when they first signed on so you would have to decided to do that for day one and hang onto them for a year.

I keep mine for the record and so no one can challenge me on anything ever!

you dont have to be wise. it occurred to me one time when i showed my evidence on a sheet of paper and got told you should put the dates on(i never used to). i then thought yeah if you didnt want to do anything you could just show the same thing all of the time and that will be why i was told to put the dates on in future.
