    Here you go...........knock yourself out!

Here is an old booklet called the ES4JP 01/04

    And wow what's this?

It's the sheet I have been getting since June this year from my JC to record my job applications. Yes I am sure its real as they give it to me! Obviously with the name of the JC covered over and my name and NI number :D

But you are right, I don't know anything about the process at all and have no clue since I have been on JSA for 3 years now and well I have filled in my job searches on MANY sheets of paper and NEVER been sanctioned.

Must get to bed signing on at 9am tomorrow :)
no doubt you havent had a problem as yet but putting all those " might not give a good impression and leaving the year off the dates might also be an issue with certain advisers.

They need email addresses, contact details, phone numbers, the person you spoke to, and info what or how they respond, then ring them if necessary, to double check that you actually applied.
it is impossible to fit all that info into the tiny boxes and also if you look at the 3 examples they dont contain that much info. with some apps the company is confidential. so you couldnt give all that info even if there was room.

Leaving the year off? Are you serious? What year do you or anyone else think we are in?

On the booklet and when I finish each sheet I write the dates too and from with '13 on the front so they cant think I filled it in in 1967!!

i asked for 2 the other day and got them no problem. if they ever said we can only give one i would just say the requirements of my agreement do not fit onto one sheet. so i need 2.
I do and they tut at me and say we don't have any more so I write it on paper and then they say 'you are writing too much'

you cant be sanctioned for this. you can record your evidence on anything. this would be the basis of an appeal that you would win. if they tried to continue to push it must be in the grey form then they would also have to prove they gave you one of them. that is why whenever they give out things like letters for appointments people always sign for them.
you obviously have no clue like they say I have no clue as they were sanctioned but I feel there is a lot more going on here which they are not mentioning as you can write it on loo roll if you wanted

i didnt know you write from 2013 on the front did i. otherwise yes people could be simply showing the same sheets over and over.

well you only need to show enough to fulfill your jsa agreement. showing them anymore is needless.

What show the same job from say 13th August 2011 on now in August 2013?

Good try but 2011 was a booklet so was 2012 and now I have a sheet so probably not best to try and slip a booklet by them and still they can check the jobs and if it was a job from 2011 or 2012 it would not still be on the net, would it?

Showing them anything at all is POINTLESS as today they never even looked at it so I wasted 2 hours writing it up
