Met oh when i was 17 ( he was 26)
    engaged at 18 ( still 26)
    married at 20 ( oh was 28)

Still in the newlywed phase at the moment - got married in August. It's really nice to read about other folk who got married young and are completely happy - if you look on wedding forums etc you get slated for getting married young!

I was 17 when I got engaged the first time and that ended when I was about 21. Then I got engaged again to a different person in 2005 when I was 35 and will be getting married when I'm 38.

I got engaged at 19 in Paris and we have been engaged nearly 2 years.

Talking about sorting a date for 2 years time - 2009

Is this rushing? Any advice you can give?

No this isn't rushing, its all down to what you think is right and how you feel.

I was engaged at 26 and getting married next month aged 30.
Other half was 21 when engaged and she will be 25 when we get married.
