    Had an email to say that the scarves and accessories couldnt be delivered due to lack of stock! Anyone had the same?

    No - had an e-mail saying all mine had been dispatched.

    Had the same email, I have informed them that I would like a full refund and will not be buying again - they should have better stock management, especially during a sale.

    It was supposed to be free returns,my parcel has arrived & there are a couple of items I'm not keen on,but there's no free returns & returns to store are only for an exchange or refund of vouchers,it says if you want a refund of money you have to return them to head office.

    Has anyone else got a free returns label ?
