My scarf was in a pretty crap state. Will just bin it rather than going through a load of hassle for 80p but disappointing all the same.

Just received 31 items - teeshirts, scarves, necklaces and ear-rings - which cost under £20. All beautifully packed and in perfect condition. Really pleased.

recieved my parcel today, the items are awful. one scarf looked all faded and smelt horrible, had no tags or labels. The other 2 scarves looked new and were tagged but both had lots of pulls all over and not suitable as gifts. the 2 necklaces i ordered were not included and a note was included to say i will be refunded.

As a first time shopper i will not be buying again, and i wouldn't reccommend the company either.
My returns label was tucked inside a leaflet in the bag so may be worth others checking. I won't bother returning items due to the low price and the hassle it seems to make a return.

my parcel arrived today and the scarves are lovely - all wrapped up in individual plastic bags with tags stating the sales price of over £6 each!

2 pairs of the earrings are lovely whereas 2 pairs arent - they are huge and totally not me! but they cost a grand total of 64p a pair and u cant return earrings so not a great loss

cant fault the items im keeping at all. nice company to deal with and excellent packaging

ps - my returns label was also wrapped up in paperwork inside the parcel

1 scarrf and 2 earings turned up today, scarf was originally £10 cellophane wrapped so will make a nice cheap gift! Earings were fine too.

Thank you,it's definitely not there but they are sending me one in the post.

They replied really quickly via email & my scarves were fine,just a few I wasn't keen on & they did smell funny too.

It's a shame some aren't in gift condition.

Just had mine delivered today - got in late so only got two scarves but were well packaged in card and cellophane and are really lovely - absolutely no complaints from me
