My order has finally arrived. No chocolate stir stick thing.

I feel a bit dim asking this, but the Guatemalan Antigua ground coffee says "suitable for all coffee makers". We don't have a coffee machine. We just have a standard cafetiere. Is that right? As in, I can use this coffee in just a cafetiere?

Well done I am still waiting, sorry not sure on the coffee, I thought it would be normal ground lol. Budgie doesn't even have a cafetiere. :eek:

If my stirring stick isn't in mine I shall be emailing them, its the principal.

It is the coffee machine note that confused me too lol. I figured it would be 'normal' coffee, as it isn't the whole bean stuff you have to grind yourself.

I really hope your parcel turns up soon Budgie. It should come today. I am sure of it.

My order has just arrived, ordered on 13th Nov, minus the Great Tasting Collection i've emailed them a copy of my confirmation order, showing it was included, but they're deigning all knowledge..

If they don't agree to send it, i'll be sending the rest back (including the stirring stick) as not worth to me otherwise

I've just got my order today too..albeit that the useless courier firm(Hermes) appear to have dropped it and smashed 2 bottles of syrup and a jar of Amaretti biscuits all over the other contents.
Fair play to Whittard though. They're going to replace the order and send it on next day delivery - so that it comes with a different courier.
I'd totally forgotten about the Great Tasting Collection though. There are other items that I didn't pay for/order, but wasn't entirely sure what to expect.
I've ended up with 1 x luxury hot choc/ 1x Strawberry/Kiwi infusion / 1 x Himalayan/Shangri-la tea / 1 x Guatemalan Antigua coffee
Is this what everyone else got?

Me too, though I have just sent an email about my chocolate stirring stick as it was clearly shown on the Great Taste Awards hamper and its pity poor that they are omitting sending these out.

Glad it has turned up.

I had the same kind of anti-climax feeling. They are all presents and I am not wrapping things up until December, so I just closed the box and stashed it away lol.
