EXPIRED Whittard glitch

Mine arrived this morning - all six items I ordered, but no Great Tasting Collection. Grr. Have emailed them, suspect I will return it all. There is a freepost label for returns?

Out of interest, when did you place your order? I contacted customer services about my missing chocolate stirrer. I had a reply within about an hour, saying they would send out a replacement. Personally, I think that is fantastic customer service. I'm very impressed. So hopefully they will pop a Great Taste Collection in the post for you in response to your email. Let us know what they say to you please.

Mine all turned up, along with the bundle - but not the chocolate stirrer, same as you! I will email them about it.

Still, the products are just lovely - 5 beautiful gifts for £30.

I received my order today. I received the great taste collection as well as my order but like others the chocolate stirring stick was missing. Have just sent them an e-mail to request one.

Have just been looking through emails from Whittards and have noticed 2 different order numbers used for the same order. Original order confirmation and paypal payment use the same order number, but despatch details use totally different order id. Had placed order for £30.50 and items arrived minus Great Tasting Collection. Worth contacting you think??

I just checked my emails, I have two different numbers too. One is called Order ID, and the other is the Order Number... Why they are different, I have know idea. But basically it seems to be something they do, not just you. Hope that helps.

I would definitely contact them if it were me as it would have been listed on your original order. I'm still waiting to receive mine though on the dispatch email it does say GTA winners bundle which is the free gift according to posts above.

If my stirring stick is missing I shall be emailing as its a novel idea and I am looking forward to that one.

I emailed about the missing great taste collection and got a reply in a couple of hours. They are sending it on free of charge, so I am v happy. Excellent customer service, glad I dropped them the email.

My parcel is still sitting in a warehouse somewhere lol. It is odd how much difference there has been in delivery times, as I know a few of you ordered on the 12th and have already had your parcel for a few days. Hopefully mine will turn up soon and then I can officially stop Christmas shopping.
