Hopefully mine will turn up soon and then I can officially stop Christmas shopping.
Budgie is still waiting too, I've actually moved up this morning on the tracking to: "receipt at hub". Go me
They have also just emailed me an offer of a free hamper of £30 with a £45 spend.

Unfortunately Whittard have replied and won't be sending me the missing chocolate stick:
"Please be aware that due to insufficient stock, this promotion was amended in its contents. We can however, assure you that the value of the items you received were to the same value of £20.00.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused."
I have no doubt that the great taste collection was worth £20 anyway but I liked the fact that you got a chocolate stick too as originally advertised. Out of good will they should just send something out similar in function to the stick. Nevermind. Just a warning to others who are thinking of e-mailing them to ask for the stick.0 -

That is a shame about the chocolate stick. I was planning on putting that with one of the additional packets of hot chocolate I ordered to create a mini chocolate hamper thing.
Mine is still 'at the hub' [whatever that means lol]. 7 days and counting...0 -
Got reply to email sent to them when my order arrived minus tasting collection, apologised and are sending one out to me.0

That is a nice way to think of it - as a club lol. I just hope it turns up today, as I have only today off work. If it turns up when I'm at work, I've no idea where it will end up [as it isn't with the royal mail, who have a sorting office 5 minutes from here].0
