Mine has been dispatched, but the free hamper thing is not showing on the despatch email, only the other stuff I ordered. Hmm.

That's not good. My order was all presents, combining some of the things I ordered with some of the things in the free hamper thing. Without the hamper, I am at least one present short.

Hmm I agree, I only want the order if the free hamper is included, I have even ordered a spare box to put it in.

Does anyone know what we can do if it is not included? Do we send the order back or will they send out the free gift, its on my order confirmation email and surely if they were not honouring it then they should have let us know?

Might have to wait and see if it turns up after all. If not, I think I'll be dropping them an email to see what they say before I send it back.

I can't see an option to cancel on the website and my order still hasn't been dispatched... I don't know. This is the problem with online grabbits lol - all the waiting around and not knowing what is happening lol.

Gift not included in my parcel. Was thinking of returning but as postage has to be paid, and pacel quite heavy, wondering if should just keep it.

I've had a dispatch email with the winners bundle doozy listed. Fingers crossed!!!! :-)

Just received my order. All my items were present (including the free Great Taste Collection - aka Great Taste Awards winners bundle), bar one item. The missing item was the chocolate stirring stick, which should have been included in the GTA collection. I ordered on the 12th if that helps anyone waiting for their order, and spent around £35.

Edit - In the photo of the Great Taste Collection it shows a box of tea bags. I actually received 50g of loose tea, which appears to cost more.
