I still haven't purchased a laptop after returning the Samsung RV520. When you insert a CD, a text in a box message comes up saying to "Tap here" - I tried tapping there, but I don't have a touch screen, so it didn't do anything.

I'm all for improvement - Windows 7 was better than Vista, and so-on, but Windows 8 is just plain not better.
