The Actual loan agreement does not get provided until you have had your credit check done. These PDL Companies are very sly in this manner

Having read what you've posted here I don't think you're competent enough to find loopholes in PDL agreements.

Would it matter even if you could? An error in a contract or agreement does usually render it void.

Do PDL companies take punters who refuse to pay up to court? I thought they just trashed their credit record and harassed them.
