Does anyone have a payday companies loan agreement copy and their t&c's
Hi, does anyone have any payday loan companies loan agreements and T&C's that you get when you sign up for a payday loan?
I want to collate as many as possible and find differences (mistakes) to see if their are any major payday loans companies out their with UNENFORCEABLE agreements. Then make people aware of these :j:j:j

I would imagine they all have different t&c's. Try googling each company. I'm sure they will be on the website somewhere.DEBT FREE AND PROUD'Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt'0

What, so that even if its possible to "unenforce" your loan, you end up with a shafted credit rating for six years anyway?
I don't see why you're bothering mate.0 -
I wanted to do it for people who have had their debts sold to bailiffs who are now enforcing the loan.
And sharpy2010, the people this will help will most likely already have a poor credit rating and their main concern would be the Bailiffs0 -

Maybe if their main concern was paying back loans then there wouldn't be a need to be concerned about bailiffs?"Chuck Norris can remain solvent for longer than the markets can remain irrational"0 -
Well the thought if you can't help me then go find a job or a wife comes to mind.
If you check other forums on here you will see payday loans companies such as Wonga SELL YES SELL THEIR DEBT TO THE BAILIFFS0 -
