They will just take money off you like your some sort of idiot.Thanks to all that posted replies so quickly, not the friendliest forum ive been on to say the least.
I was trying to defend what started off as a inquiry into whether i had been as i put it 'mis-sold' which probably wasn't the correct terminology for the situation that had occured. I was purely asking if i had been ripped off in some way or form. As to the relevance of the initial loan, that for me was a personal family matter. And being judged by those who must be much wiser than me is not why i asked the original question. I'm not out for an easy few quid i was just asking if anything underhand had gone on here. I think ill seek professional advice where they wont 'tell me off' like im some sort of idiot.
