I used to be in the auction business but haven't been for a long time. From what I know it tends to be that there are fewer of that type of auction these days. It's a combination of there being fewer items going through the police and that they tend to use third parties to buy up the stock rather than selling individually. Some of those buyers will be auction houses but it's a matter of looking around.vreemt said:just to note - in the article at https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/police-auctions/#ebaystores it links to the Ebay account of the Nottinghamshire Police https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/nottinghamshirepolice which doesn't exist anymore.I can;t seem to find them on eBay at all, but it seems the John Pye auction house does have some of their seized stock currently https://www.johnpye.co.uk/auctions/type/police-seized-items/location/nottingham/
