Sorry P-T-P I didn't mean what it says I mean the way they have said it!;)
However I wouldn't agree on the use of the word enforcement!
Plus of course it is incorrect anyone can issue parking invoices however only BPA AOS members can gain RK details.
However I do agree its the usual bamboozle tactics!0 -
HAHAHA!
I would personally ignore any demands from Jonathan Lecaille - The director. Maybe worth mentioning he is currently under investigation by both the tax man and the police in relation to fraud.
Also be sure to to email a complaint to the BPA bringing to their attention Jonathan non AOS compliant signs.
On a side note I personally parked on one of their "sites" in the city which the council have already told them they cannot use for parking. Phoned him to say a car was there and got a ticket on purpose but to date no letters have followed.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I went shopping in Aldi which I have used for many months & I'm fully aware of the Parking Eye scheme they use & always key in my reg plate after shopping (I'm a good girl
. Today I go to the store as usual & park in a bay. The store I use share the car park with a pub. The pub have now decided to use the services of a separate parking enforcement company. The car park was rammed & I pulled into a space with blue lines. I just assumed - stupidly, that Aldi had just redone the lines in a more distinctive colour. I didn't see a sign in front of me as I pulled in & no other markings in the bay telling me this was for the use of the pub users only. It was only when I got back to my car, exactly 8 mins after being issued the ticket & upon seeing the notice stuck to my window that I looked over to the side of the bay & saw a sign. Must have been 30 feet away, maybe more. I'm angry with myself for not noticing & for not thinking more as to why the lines were now blue. I have 14 days to pay the £60, if not I have to pay £100.They're very gracious though & give you 28 days to appeal. If I lose the appeal however I have to pay £100 & not £60!!!! Am I right in thinking that I should ignore this preposterous demand? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
This happened to me today. Only second time ive been to Aldi. I normally like to park out of the way so today parked at the back of the car park. I was in Aldi for 15 mins and when I came out had a ticket from Norfolk Parking Enforcement. It was only then I relised that the back of the car park belonged to the pub. They must have watched me park there and where very quick to put a ticket on. Just wondered did you pay in the end? And if not did you hear back from them? Thanks0 -
No MSE stalwart would ever, ever, think about paying.
Read the forum, every thread is relevant except 'Park Right' (ignore that):

Every thread tells you that in England and Wales your options are to ignore, or to appeal using the new POPLA procedure (see the threads). Even if POPLA doesn't cancel the ticket you can then safely ignore the desperate letters from the PPC.
But!!!! You even have a third option because PPC guy has offered to appeal your ticket for you as if he was driving! All he needs is the fake PCN number by pm (no need for your details) and he'll appeal it and remove you from the equation!
I can vouch for PPC Guy as I know he's been open & helpful about certain info with Nev Metson so that's good enough for me.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

On a side note if there is a Blue V reg peugeot 206 in the layby bit off the roundabout in front of the pub then the Indian patrol officer is in the pub.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
