Hey all been busy with interviews but found out yesterday i got my new job YAYYYYYYYYYYY That means a bit of extra cash to throw at my debt.
As for spending.... Yesterday: £3.50p towards a chinese takeaway and today: no spend for me.
that still brings me over £10 this week when i include that evil £7 library fine at the beginning of the week.
i read on here someone having a present budget, so thought i would ask what other budgets do you all have apart from shopping budget, bills and rent?

Well this is my second no spend day, but if I am honest, since getting back home from hols on Monday afternoon, I haven't spent a penny.
Due to the fact I seemed to have picked up the lurgy whilst away, that makes not spending real easy, as I cant be bothered to leave the house.
I believe I shall end up spending tomorrow though, as I have an MS assignment to do, which involves passing a certain coffee/paper shop in town.:coffee:19th March 2007 LBM£5,969.63 1st January 2018 £5960.18, 1st January 2019 £11,032.0018th August 2023 £12,435.00, Student Loan £22244.00 From 2009-12Challenges: To learn to stop spending..0 -
I've claimed my money from Rpoints and should get some money from Quidco at the end of the month. I have signed up to a few cash back sites and will be clicking away to earn pennies. I know it takes a few months for them to stack up enough for you to be able to request them though. I want to be able to clear my debts ASAP but just keep spending money. I think I try to rein things in too tight and then go over budget and feel bad.
On the plus side I got all my shopping from Tesco today for £26ish and was overcharged so can claim back £1.62. It's 14 days untill payday and I have enough food to last until then. I just need to get milk and I have £4.11 left on my card and some cash in the jar. I'll relax a little about my overspends because I had only allowed myself £179 for shopping. I will come in at less than £250 so next month will give myself £250 and try to come in under budget. I think I will.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
I have the following budgets
bills and mortgage
groceries (all food, cleaning, and toiletries)
christmas
gifts (birthdays etc)
car
house and garden
Plus I have a
rainy day account - 50% of what's left in my account at the end of the month goes into here, am currently using it to build up savings to pay back what I owe my mother. Plus it's also there for emergercies, or if we need extra to get stuff done on the house.
treats / holidays / days out account - any money that I make from selling stuff on amazon etc goes into this account. Not quite a budget, but sort of.Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0 -
I've got very few budgets actually
Food Money
Bill Money (utilities,rent etc)
Spending Money
Everything else is spent on debts..... oh happy days
Thats probs down to the fact that I wont have a holiday till I'm DF, dont have kids, and dont have a car to run..... as for gifts..... I just use my spending money budget as I'm really tight fisted with pressies now LOL...
Right well Bigger Boss Man is in my shop tomorrow so spent evening devising POA for him. He's gonna be with me all day, not sure if my stress levels can handle that, didnt help that I was off today and I'm a little worried what the shop will look like. So early start for me tomorrow to make it look top notch
