Wow - as CAFcgirl said - leave you for a momment & now there are such lot of us signed up - and all talking about chocolate (I think!).
A real no spend for me today. but I have my eye on a tankini (AKA bikini for fat lasses!) from cotton traders!!
If I have 2 weeks of nospends I could justify this for the long awaited hols!!
What is very odd is that I work I manage a budget of £800K (and \ do it very well) yet at home I can't manage £100 per week!!
I am personally trying to cancel a cc at the moment, but whilst they will take money from me at any time, 24 hours a day - it seems you have to catch them at exactly the right time during working hours for them to pay me back and close the a/c.0 -

good luck with cancelling the credit card pippo. Once you do get through they'll probably try and persaude you to stay !!
Today I intend to have a no spend day. Am going to stay at work at lunch so no temptation there. I may book my microsoft exam, but as work will pay me that back, I'm not counting that.Debts: Mum £3923 0% APR0 -
i have to go out to lunch today! it's budgeted for, and i know it's mean, but i really begrudge paying over the odds for lunch now when i could quite easily spend £1 on a nice heathly salad in our heavily subsidised canteen. bah humbug!
got to check out a few bars tonight in soho for a work drinks thing i'm organising on thursday but i'll be able to reclaim whatever i spend.
