I believe the word used to describe it is "blasphemy".

Wow - as CAFcgirl said - leave you for a momment & now there are such lot of us signed up - and all talking about chocolate (I think!).

A real no spend for me today. but I have my eye on a tankini (AKA bikini for fat lasses!) from cotton traders!!

If I have 2 weeks of nospends I could justify this for the long awaited hols!!

What is very odd is that I work I manage a budget of £800K (and \ do it very well) yet at home I can't manage £100 per week!!

I am personally trying to cancel a cc at the moment, but whilst they will take money from me at any time, 24 hours a day - it seems you have to catch them at exactly the right time during working hours for them to pay me back and close the a/c.

  • good luck with cancelling the credit card pippo. Once you do get through they'll probably try and persaude you to stay !!

Today I intend to have a no spend day. Am going to stay at work at lunch so no temptation there. I may book my microsoft exam, but as work will pay me that back, I'm not counting that.

i have to go out to lunch today! it's budgeted for, and i know it's mean, but i really begrudge paying over the odds for lunch now when i could quite easily spend £1 on a nice heathly salad in our heavily subsidised canteen. bah humbug!

got to check out a few bars tonight in soho for a work drinks thing i'm organising on thursday but i'll be able to reclaim whatever i spend.

good luck everyone with day 2!!

Can I join this starting from today?

I will withdraw a tenner at lunchtime.

Brought my lunch in from home and plenty of snacks and fruit to get me through the day. No plans tonight so will go straight home.

    Should be an NSD :)
