Didn't realise there was a challenge for this on here, but started doing a similar one myself a few months ago. It really made me realise what I really wanted to buy and made me look at the price of stuff instead of just picking blindly. Will join you this week as my budget is only £5 a week for my Unnecessary stuff during the weeks of May as we are a bit low on cash.

So Unnecessary challenge week 1 £1.03/£5.00

good luck with the exam SF

I'm trying to lose weight by NOT dieting, as I never stick to diets for long, I find I really restrict what I eat for a couple of weeks and then get fed up and eat absolute rubbish and put on more weight than I lost! So instead I am trying to change how and what I eat, so less chocolate, healthy regular meals, smaller portions, only eat when I 'm hungry rather than when I am bored etc! And i've put away my scales to stop myself obsessing about it, i'm not allowed to weigh myself for 2 weeks, so we'll see how it goes!! Had one choc bar yesterday and am going to try and go without any today!
Still haven't broken my £10 note, I'm really reluctant to hand it over because I think once I do I'll spend it all!!
Good luck everyone for today (with spending & dieting!)

Good Luck 2moro SF - remember 'what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger'

I've spent £3 on postage so a total of £4.11 so far this week.

I lost 3 stone through stress in the 1st month of this year (I completely lost my appetite and putting food in my mouth repulsed me). I'm now down to my ideal weight but have got my appetite back so am going to dig out my old Davina McCall excercise DVD n give it a bash!!
