I am so done with dealing with Yodel. I got up this morning to put the bins at the kerbside so the bin men won't have an excuse to ignore them.

The bins are kept in the back garden, down a long drive way and behind the garage. Every Wednesday night we put them out - last night, they went out at 9pm on the dot with yesterday's rubbish. This morning when I move them to the kerb, one of the lids is suspiciously high so I look in and there's my parcel. Left out in the freezing cold all night.

So they've come after 9pm and instead of knocking on the door, they've just shoved the parcel (the one they 'attempted to deliver' at 11am yesterday) in a full bin. So off I go to type a new complaint to Amazon, only to find that the tracking details have been completely changed so there's now no mention of the attempted delivery just that it was out for delivery - from a completely different depot than it was at!

    They are completely outrageous.

That's dreadful. Can't you complain direct to Yodel as well?

I could, but it's easier and more productive to just smash myself in the face with a frying pan.

I missed out the best bit - my Yodel people (who I've mentioned before in this thread) are the disabled lady and her equally disabled husband. They're delivering 20KGs of cast iron dumbbells today. That'll learn them.

That is absolutely ridiculous, beyond belief. I would be hopping mad.

Please get photos, and a video :D

Surely Amazon need to look at their relationship with Yodel as so many of us have problems? Their customer services must be snowed under with complaints after last week!
"Why, this is hell, nor am I out of it."
  • Yesterday, amazon assured me that my order was out for delivery and would arrive that very day.
Obviously, it didn't. The tracking information has remained the same since Wednesday. Incidentally, my neighbours probably think I'm mad, as I've been checking in/under/around my bins all week!

I'm totally and utterly fed up with it all now.
