e2save - which is my first month?!
Hi,
After reading a couple of horror stories about people getting their months confused (not as funny as it sounds), I think I should check to see when I should send my cashback claim off.
I started the contract on 28th of November. I got my first bill on the 1st of December.
As it's a 12 month contract, I have to claim in the sixth month. On the leaflet, it says "month of purchase" at the top then month 2 - 6 after that. Does that mean I should be sending in this month's bill?
Should I just send it in anyway to cover myself?

Well, I'll send it off and see what happens.0

I have used e2save for 3years and they have always paid up. I just number the bills as they come in with a big red marker. So the 1st to arrive is 1 and so on. If you go to your account on the e2save web site they now tell you which bills to send. There is also a 0845 number there just for claims if your still unsure. Good luck.0

As per new cash back t&c number of bills doesn't matter.Look at the cashback leaflet and bill issued in particular month need to be send(bill issue date ).0

Yes, I think you need to send the 1 April bill. If you log on into your account, it should say this,

My contract started 29th Nov 2006 with e2save.
Same situation with cougar. Confused! Confused!
It says "To gain the remainder of your line rental / cash back please send your 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £xx.xx each time".
Therefore,
1st bill = December
2nd = Jan
3rd = Feb
4th = March
5th = April
6th = June ???
Am I missing something?0 -

Thanks for your help. The website seems to say that it is April as well. It says enter your month of purchase (November). It then says to send in this months, which I have now done, by recorded delivery.0

Just to follow this up, they sent me the cheque, but it bounced. Fantastic.
They say that they'll send out a new one. I'll believe it when I see it!0 -
E2SAVE = Perfect company. Received all my cashback with no problem at all! Text message received a day after they received my claim. Cheque received in 10 days. Highly recommended!
