Ive recently claimed the cashback on one I bought las month, you dont need a paper receipt you can just attach the order confirmation you receive from Tesco. HTH.

picked mine up from Tesco today, no delivery note, but as people have said Samsung accept the order confirmation, just wait now and see if the gift card turns up by the 21st...

Go to Tesco website login and check your orders to check that the order was completed all the way through.

I've printed off the order number page so hopefully they have gone through okay but I'm just going to check their phone number and call them just in case as each order, Internet Explorer put up a message that it had to close or something to that effect so I went back onto Tesco and logged in, checked my account and was able to print off the pages with the order number. I'll phone just now just to make sure and repost. Many thanks everyone.

I've just phoned and spoken to someone who was very nice and very efficient although she couldn't find anything with the 2 order numbers I gave or with my email address so rather worrying. She said this happened 2 weeks ago with customers but for different items but their orders actually did go through okay and it seemed to be a blip on Tesco system. She'll check with IT tomorrow morning and she said they should find them okay as that's what happened before, and she'll phone me to update me. My first order (for hubby's Christmas so hope I get it okay) now says 'partially confirmed' although she said we should always ignore the word 'partially' as that's what they advise. Don't know why they don't remove that then. So although I've not had an email yet, it looks as if the first order is actually confirmed. The second order is one my sister asked me to order for her because it was such a good price and it would make it more portable than her laptop. That order is saying 'created'. Very strange though that she can't bring up either with the order numbers supplied or my email address. Maybe just a weekend problem with their website. I think I'll phone my credit card company and check if the money has been taken yet just to reassure me lol!

Mine too says partially confirmed and yet to be dispatched but is supposed to be available for pick up tomorrow after 4PM.

Edit: when I actually clicked on the order the status is created.

Just phoned the credit card company and neither of the two purchases are showing yet so now worried and wonder if better to go to the store and buy again if they still have them in stock. I'll wait for the phone call tomorrow morning to see what they say first.

Edit: Mine also to be picked up after 4 pm on Monday. My first order says 'partially confirmed' and my second order (24 hours later) says 'created'. Has your order actually changed back from 'partially confirmed' to 'created'?

Right now Mine says partially confirmed, to be dispatched.

I collected it at 6pm yesterday !!!!

My status didn't change, when I go to my orders it says partially confirmed, when I click on view order details it says created.
