Just to reassure people. If you buy from Tesco Direct the Samsung website says it will accept a copy of your email order acknowledgement as proof of purchase....

Do you have a link to where it says that? It says they won't accept order confirmation.

I've just checked on Tesco Direct and you can request a VAT receipt, they send it to you by email. or post. I'm going to call Samsung tomorrow and see if they will accept that.

I purchased one from Tesco last thing on Friday night and still have not received an email confirmation yet. I also purchased one on behalf of my sister last thing last night and no email confirmation for that one either. I wonder if they will be able to meet the orders or if we will get cancellation emails. Fingers crossed that we receive them okay.

I'm not sure why Tesco are not putting Delivery Notes in with the tablets. I do quite a bit of online shopping and companies always include Delivery Notes. Very strange indeed!

We just purchased one 5mins ago and got confirmation email through straight away, I would contact them if you haven't had one.
