Thanks for the replies, one last question when ordering with Tesco direct what is your receipt as Samsung state order confirmation email or delivery note is not satisfactory?
confirmation email is all I sent them, I printed it out and scanned a copy and sent via email. I also sent a photo of the serial number.
  • That's great thanks, their T&C's did worry me a bit when I read that.

  • For reference the Samsung website has been unable to accept any clain for the past 24 hours due to an internal server error.

It permits you to go through stages 1-6 OK, but stalls on step 7 where bank details are taken.

John Lewis has reduced the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 16GB Wi-Fi (White) price from £355 to £318 today. (The price was £318 a few weeks ago).

Just ordered one just in time to qualify for the £50 cashback. :)

I just prefer dealing with John Lewis. They have always been extremely good whenever I've needed to get a product repaired/replaced under their extended warranty.

I was going to buy the Note 10.1 a few weeks ago, but John Lewis had increased the price to £355, so I'm chuffed that they've reduced it back to £318 on the last day of the Samsung £50 cashback offer. :)

Yeah i sold my tab 2 10.1 and with the two £50 cashbacks have effectively got the note for less than the same price.
  • I'm about to order now talk about cutting it fine eh? I'm going to stick with Tesco instead of John Lewis as I can use the £10 off code and the 4% Quidco will give me another £10 back, when I get the £50 from Samsung that will be a total spend of £248

I submitted my claim yesterday at 10.30 and I think it went through I got past the bank details ok and got my confirmation email immediately so hopefully the website broke after I submitted my details.
  • I've registered a new direct account as the £10 code is for new customers only I don't want to loose the 300 clubcard points dare I add my clubcard number? it's the same one registered to my existing direct account?
