Can you not just access "your account" section via Tesco direct and see if there is confirmation there, even though mine have been dispatched, collected and given as Xmas presents it still states to be dispatched. Print it off, and email to Samsung along with a photo of the tabs, also do you not have any credit/debit card statements that tally up with your purchases. I certainly wouldn't be hanging about waiting for Tesco.
Thanks for that, Witch Hazel. I did access and print off the information from my Tesco account after collecting them on 12 November but it still says 'To be dispatched' on my account. Because Tesco had a problem with their system that weekend, it may never change and it looks as if Tesco will not send email confirmations out as the Customer Service person could not seem to do that. I still need, somehow, to get Tesco to give me both proof of purchases in case anything goes wrong with the tablets. I've just checked my November credit card statement and the two Tesco entries are one after the other with the two transaction dates of 10 Nov and 11 Nov for £238 each. I didn't think they would accept that information as people were saying early in November that Samsung were being very sticky with what information they would actually accept. I must try tomorrow and upload the only Tesco info I have with the 'to be dispatched' on the pages and see if there is a facility to upload my credit card statement with my card number blanked out. Thanks again for your help and I'll put a message on here to say how I've got on with the claim."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0 -

So long as your receipt (contract to buy) is dated 31st I dont see why not
Why not go in store (Tesco?) and collect it along with a receiptWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0 -

When you go through the claim online is says at the bottom that e-mail confirmation is acceptable if you order from Tesco direct.0
