Try a different browser, i used google chrome and both ours went through straight away.

tried i.e and firefox and with chrome pc freezes, maybe just busy today, will try later tonight and again tomorrow.

I bought the Samsung Tab 2 from John Lewis and ordered over the phone, paying by credit card. I understand that in order to claim the cash back I have to wait until at least day 15 after purchase. I purchased on 13th December so am now on day 16, so logged on to apply for the offer. Trouble is they say they wont accept a delivery note but this is all that John Lewis have supplied apart from a letter thanking me for my order and showing the amount. I havent received my credit card statement yet showing the amount paid so what can I do? Has anyone else had this problem?

I also purchased from John Lewis over the phone. I purchased on the 19th so still not 15 days for me, but they did send my receipt separately via normal post with the warranty info. I assumed that was enough as it shows date purchased with the price etc. so I can just scan that and upload that. Did they not send you a receipt letter separately? Or is that what you mean?

Hello Princess, I do have a letter they sent me on the day I ordered, saying the amount that would be debited after it left their warehouse. Then a few days later I received the actual product with a delivery note showing my order number. Thats the only thing I have received so far. I presumed that would be my proof of purchase in case I needed to invoke the two year warranty.

After reading the terms and conditions again carefully (woolly head, stinking cold, hacking cough and watery eyes!!!) I can see that an order notification is accepted so I suppose that is what my letter from them is. To be sure I am going to complete on day 15 after receiving it, which is a couple of days later, just in case it wasnt actually charged to my account on the same day I ordered it. I dont want to risk not getting my money!

I've just read on this thread about the cashback from Samsung. Hubby bought me galaxy tab 7 from argos and have the receipt. Tried the link on one of the posts but doesn't work and can't find anything on website. Can anyone help please?

Heard a rumour whilst out shopping yesterday that the Tab 2 7 inch model will soon be going back up. Tesco already have theirs back at £179, Carphone Warehouse are only doing with contracts and PCWorld etc are short-stocked, especially on the silver. BUT, dont know just how short stocked they are when they "had none in stock" to fulfil my daughters reserved item collection, until I rang rings around them with an argument..................only to produce one from the back of the store. Now call me a sceptic but I wonder how many they are holding back until the price goes up.

My son got the Sammy 7" free with his camera (once he sends off to Sammy for it) - he's was going to sell it on Ebay but hes selling it to me for £60 - not very helpful I know - but couldn't resist
