It's the 7" at £219.95, 10" is £238 like Tesco.0 -

I think the cheapest way of doing it is to buy instore at Currys:
£299 for tablet + £12.99 for a case = £311.99
Less £67.16 with price match = £244.83
Less £80 cashback = £164.83 in total with case.
I think it works out better like this than online because you can only reserve the case for instore collection. The tablet itself is £269 online so the price match is less. You then pay for the tablet instore so don't benefit from the cashback.0 -
I got the 7 inch 8GB tablet from Currys earlier. This is £199 instore.
I got them to price match Carphone Warehouse at £148 +10% = £143.
I then bought a case at £9.99 so £153 total.
Currys/Samsung will then give me £50 cashback, so will pay £103 for this tablet, near enough half of Currys instore price.
BUT - You do not have to buy a case that fits the tablet your buy (I think the cheapest case in the offer is a simple soft neoprene one at £7.99) so I got a Kindle Touch case which I will stick on ebay, so as long as I make more than £3 for it, then I will only pay £100 for the tablet.0 -

Galaxy Tab 2 7" - £30/€30 cashback PLUS a free 8GB Micro SD card0 -
If I purchased 2 tablets in a single online order, wouldn't they give me £50 cashback apiece?
I've heard nightmare stories about this third party run Samsung cashback process:eek:0 -

You are both right and wrong.
Samsung give you £30 cashback, BUT if you buy a tablet AND a Case from Currys/PCworld they have there own cashback scheme which is for another £20, So £50 total.
That is why buying a cheap case for just £10, gives me an extra £10 off the tablet cost.

I have just reserved the 10.1 from Argos. Worked out better for me as I have a gift voucher and will then get the £10 voucher too. When I looked there the other day they were more expensive than Tesco but they have since reduced their prices to match. So the 7" is £149 and the 10.1 is £238.0

I'm thinking of getting 10 as well, do Currys pay the whole cashback to you or do you have to claim £50 back from Sammy and the difference from Currys please?Sealed pot challange no: 3390
